Chopin: Nocturne #12, Op. 37,#2, for String Quartet
|
|
Chopin's piano idiom is notoriously difficult to translate to any other musical medium. The opening filigree and gently rocking second theme of this Nocturne seem especially suited to string sound. Slightly more difficult to sight read because of the extensive chromaticism, but well worth a little study.
